Year 7 Foundation Academic Scholarship Application Form

The College Board offers Preparatory School scholarships annually.

Up to two scholarships covering up to 50 per cent of tuition fees for two years’ education (in Years 7–8) are offered.

Applications are invited from students in Year 6 at the time of application and can be either male or female. 

Candidates will sit a written examination of a standard suited to academically able Year 6 students. The examination will be held in the Preparatory School on Friday 23 May 2025. Short-listed applicants may be required to attend an interview.

All scholarships are reviewed annually. Scholarship holders will have their conduct and their co-curricular and academic contributions to the College taken into consideration.

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.
