We offer you and your child a warm welcome to the St Andrew’s College Pre-school, where the uniqueness and individuality of every child is highly valued.
Our wonderful purpose-built centre opened at the start of 2018, with its bright, modern learning facilities, and award-winning outdoor play area and garden, providing a stimulating environment where children
can freely engage in imaginative play and explore their individual interests.
Endless support and encouragement is provided by our warm, friendly, fully registered teachers – who are the Pre-school’s biggest asset. With a genuine love for the children, our teachers are dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe environment in which the children can thrive and achieve excellence in a wide range of activities and endeavours.
The Pre-school is an important part of the wider St Andrew’s College campus, encompassing Year 1–13 students, which offers many additional facilities and resources to our children and staff. We collaborate closely with the St Andrew’s College Preparatory School to develop our curriculum, share resources, and implement exciting transition to school initiatives.
The information in this handbook has been prepared in consultation with existing parents to facilitate a smooth transition to Pre-school for you and your child.
We are pleased to welcome you to the St Andrew’s College whānau and hope your child enjoys an exciting and happy year in the St Andrew’s College Pre-school.
